Scott Fordham was recently named senior vice president—accounting at Behringer Harvard.

Gabe Mainardi, vice president of corporate accounting and corporate controller for Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN), will assume full responsibility for its corporate accounting function. Mainardi replaces Darryl Dunn.

Mark W. Brugger was named chief executive officer for DiamondRock Hospitality Company (NYSE: DRH). Brugger is one of the founding members of DiamondRock, and has served as chief financial officer and treasurer since 2004.

DuPont Fabros Technology, Inc. (NYSE: DFT) named Mark L. Wetzel executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer. Previously, Wetzel served as a division CFO at Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO).

Ernst & Young named Howard Roth as Global and Americas director of real estate. Previously, Roth served as Ernst & Young's head of Northeast real estate practice.

Johnson Controls Global WorkPlace Solutions named Julie Kimble and Mike Vallenari as vice presidents. Previously, Kimble served as vice president at Opus South Corporation and Vallenari had tenures at First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE:FR) and Trammell Crow.

The International Council of Shopping Centers, Inc. (ICSC) appointed Mary Lou Fiala as chairman for 2008–2009. Fiala is president and chief operating officer for Regency Centers (NYSE: REG).

Jean Wood was named vice president of investor relations for the Macerich Company (NYSE: MAC). Most recently she served as Macerich's vice president of business planning and analysis.

Regency Centers (NYSE: REG) promoted Scott Prigge to senior vice president of national property operations. Previously, Prigge served as vice president of property operations for the east coast.

Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. (NYSE: SHO) appointed Arthur L. Buster president. Previously, Buster served as head of global hotel capital markets for Jones Lang LaSalle Americas.

UDR, Inc. (NYSE: UDR) promoted David Messenger chief financial officer and Thomas Simon senior vice president–finance and treasurer. Prior to joining UDR in 2006, Simon severed as senior vice president and treasurer for Prentiss Properties Trust.
